William Shakespeare used so much more than words when he staged his admired dramas. Many dances and lots of music are written into most of his plays. In this film you get to see and hear the original versions of the songs and dances.
Produced 400 years after Shakespeares death, the film features British-Swedish group The Players, along with dancers from the Swedish Royal Ballet.
They take us back to a time full of inventiveness, lavish costumes, ambiguity and melodies.
