Does everyone have to die? Where do you go when you die and what happens after death? Children have many questions about the end of life, questions that are often difficult to answer. In this documentary series we get to follow children through the grieving process when their beloved pets passes away.
Today children rarely meet death in their everyday life. And when that happens it often comes as a great shock, since they are not prepared for it.
The purpose of this documentary series is to describe the thoughts, feelings and beliefs children have about death.
12-year-old host Emelie Svensson talks to the children about their thoughts and emotions and help them to arrange a funeral for their pets.
Each program has a theme and asks questions like: What is a soul? What is grief? and Why are we so afraid of death?
